We try to ship the same day of your order, but we will ship the next business day if we are unable to ship the same day. Delivery times are based upon the carrier and are not within our control. For order status, please check the Orders page in your account.

At this time, we do not provide any bulk purchase discounts.

Depending on the type of tea, it is likely that we can procure it for you. Keep in mind, this shop is curated and so we do not offer all types of tea. Please e-mail us at info@youmeitea.com for inquiries about products you do not see in our shop.
