We proudly offer a 14-day return policy on all of the items that we sell on our online shop.

Due to the nature of perishable food items, we are only able to accept returns on unopened bags of tea. This is to ensure we maintain the highest level of quality control. 

If you need to make a return, we include a pre-paid return label inside of every order. To start a return, you can simply use the same packaging and apply the return label to ship it back to us at no cost. Please also fill out the form below so that we know to expect your package (this allows us to process your refund quickly).

After receiving your return request, we will contact you as soon as possible to update you on the return status. (You will receive a carbon copy of this contact form via the e-mail address you enter into the form to confirm that your request has been received.)
