Its gooseneck allows for accurate control of the water during your pour into gaiwans or tea pots. It heats water quickly with 1,000 watts of power, bringing 1 liter of water to boil in about 4 minutes! The kettle is made from 18-8 food grade stainless steel with a brushed finish. The temperature control is variable from 104ºF to 212ºF, making it perfect for brewing all kinds of tea. One of my favorite features about this kettle is the keep warm function, which allows you to set a temperature and keep the water there during your brewing session.
